Aaron Burstein

Aaron Burstein is currently the TRUST[1] and ACCURATE[2] research fellow for the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic [3] and Berkeley Center for Law and Technology [4] at UC Berkeley School of Law [5]. His research interests are in information security law and policy, electronic voting, and intellectual property. Burstein received his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2004 and was a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division from 2004 to 2006.
